Why does it call humble? Notice the bowing aspect of this posture as you surrender yourself to the earth. That’s you being humble!

  1. Shoulder – You might not be able to reach your arms our straight but that’s completely fine! Stretch your shoulder one step at a time.
  2. Head – If your hip rotators allows you to bend all the way and reaching on the floor, congrats! You are in a deep-stretch state but be mindful of overdoing it as it will cause unnecessary pressure on the bend knees as you will tend to shift the weight to the front.
  3. Back Leg – Again and again… the back leg must be strong, feel the grounding of the outer edge of the feet whenever you are in a standing series
