The Yoga wheel is for newbies and veterans alike. It guides beginners into reaching their ultimate pose and it helps advanced practitioners deepen their pose. The prop is also a great way to loosen stiff muscles before a class!
The Yoga wheel helps you to release tension in those areas which are harder to reach. It can also add to the intensity of certain postures which actually helps to build your stamina and strength.
In August, we had a Yoga Wheel workshop where we learnt deepening backbends and gaining flexibility in your shoulders, chest, hip flexors and quad. This upcoming workshop however, is for specifically for intermediate & advanced practitioners.
