Bali is called the “Island of the Gods” for a reason. You are set in a peaceful oasis in the midst of lush jungles, rice paddy fields and colourful wild blooms growing. Imagine waking up on a bed of freshly-laundered, crisp white linen, listening to the sounds of the island birds welcoming the morning sun and the scent of blooms and greenery greeting you.

We will be having a 4 days 3 night Detox Yoga retreat this coming March and we want you to join us. Be prepared to cleanse your mind, detoxify your body and release your inner glow. We can guarantee some weight-loss too!
On 1st March, we will be flying to Bali and we will reach just in time for us to do an evening Yoga session. Teacher Anil will be giving a talk on Introduction to Cleansing before we start our detox practices. We’re not going to be consuming any tea-tox drinks or juices. Instead we’ll be doing Yogic cleanses! We’re going to have a nice and light dinner before we start to relax our bodies to prepare for the next day.
We’ll up bright and early to do nasal & stomach cleansing. It’s important to let the food from last night digest properly and for you to not consumer breakfast – yet. We want to thoroughly cleanse ourselves and it’s easier to do it without food in our bodies. Teacher Anil will also be conducting a Posture Clinic after cleansing to help us to properly align our bodies and prevent aches and cramps from sitting in one position for too long.
And yes, we will have breakfast after that. You will get a complimentary Balinese massage too for you to loosen up before lunch & our free and-easy time. I strongly suggest walking down to the local markets or exploring the fields nearby! We will end the day with evening Yoga and Teacher Anil will prep you for the Master Cleanse session the next morning.
We will start our morning with a full body cleanse which will take 4 to 6 hours. Be prepared to drink lots of water and make several trips to the bathroom. This cleansing exercise may not seem demanding or strenuous at first, but it does tire you out. Follow Teacher Anil’s guidance and you’ll do just fine. You will be served a light lunch afterwards and for the rest of the day, all you have to do is rest and relax before we end off with an evening Yoga session.
On the last morning, you will feel lighter, cleaner and full of energy. We’ll greet the morning sun with our last Yoga and meditation practice in Ubud before having our breakfast and bidding this island goodbye.
