Q: How long have you been practicing Yoga? 

A: For about 6 years. I have been teaching for the past 3.

Q: Why did you start practising Yoga? 

A: Because it helped me to feel happy inside. Previously, I was working in Hedge Fund Administration and I was financially satisfied but internally not so. Yoga helped me to find that, it taught me to seek health and body benefits and its something I am immensely grateful for.

Q: How have you changed, transformed or evolved with Yoga?

A: Yoga has helped me to be happy internally. Thats the biggest transformation for me. 

Q: What’s your favourite pose and why?

A: Scorpion pose. It increases the back flexibility, stretches the triceps and helps me to show how balanced I am in my practice. 

Q: What is the funniest thing that you have seen in class?

A: When people get tired, they start watching the clock or their watch. And I like to say ” Those who are watching the time, please note that you are trapped.”
