To strengthen our security, we have recently removed all customers’ My Account password. My Account allows you to access your account through your browser. To set a strong password, include an uppercase and lowercase letter, and use numbers or special characters.
Here is how you can set up My Account password:
Step 1: Go to and select “My Account”.

Step 2: Select “Sign In”

Step 3: Select “Need new password?”

Step 4: Key in your registered email address and an email will be sent to you!

Do note that My Account password is different from your Platinum Yoga App and hence, the change in password for My Account will not reflect in your Platinum Yoga App. We highly recommend that you change your Platinum Yoga App password, if you have not already done so. To change your password on your Platinum Yoga App, simply select “Forgot your password?” on the login page.
