Jal Neti Kriya 

Familiar to all of you who have been on our retreats, Jal Neti is the simple technique of cleansing your nasal path to remove mucous and blockages, if any. The process consists of pouring water in one nostril and flushing it out from the other nostril, ensuring that your nasal passage is kept clean.

Oil Pulling

Oil pulling is an ancient ayurvedic technique. Another simple procedure, oil pulling consists of swishing a tablespoon of oil in your mouth for about 20 minutes on an empty stomach. Doing this can remove toxins from the body and even improve oral health.

One simply has to sit comfortably, inhale deeply and exhale in short bursts while pulling the stomach in towards the back. One cycle of Kapalbhati consists of 20 such inhalations and exhalations.
