Start on your hands and knees, and then bring one knee up to your elbow. Slowly lower your body down to your forearms, and then extend your other leg out behind you. Hold the pose for 20-30 seconds, and then switch sides.
- Upward-Facing Dog (Urdhva Mukha Svanasana) – This pose is a great way to work your abs and open up your chest. Start by lying on your stomach with your hands next to your shoulders. Slowly press up through your hands and lift your chest off the ground. Keep your elbows close to your body as you hold the pose for 20-30 seconds.
- Cobra Pose (Bhujangasana) – This yoga pose is another great way to strengthen your abs and open up your chest. Start by lying on your stomach with your hands next to your shoulders. Slowly press up through your hands and lift your chest off the ground. Keep your elbows close to your body as you hold the pose for 20-30 seconds.
