Inspirations
As I ponder which sports or fitness to take up 10+ years back, I came across the following books – “The Book of YOGA” and the complete Step-by-Step guide by The Sivananda Center. It gave me inspiration to begin my yoga journey and the rest is history.
Why I Practice
I practice yoga to stay healthy, gain flexibility and strength. However as I continue my yoga journey, transformation happened. Practicing yoga is now a passion. Practice involves pranayama, naulic and asanas. Meditation soon follows.
Why I Teach
My passion has led me to teach yoga, imparting skills and knowledge to students who love yoga. Stretches, body opening, joint opening/ stretches followed by poses adding strength and core, to make them healthy, strong and flexible.
