GUIDE TO MANAGING YOUR GIRO/ MONTHLY AUTOPAY ACCOUNT

As we welcome our #PYfam back to the studio, it’s important for you to note how to manage your GIRO payments using your Platinum Yoga account. While more of us switch to cashless options, never miss another sweat sesh over pesky things like updating your credit card details! That’s why we’ve put together this handy guide for you to know exactly how to update or access your details on your Platinum Yoga account.

Please take note of the following policy updates:

  • We no longer provide receipts for individual transactions, and all billing information can be found within your account on the Platinum Yoga website. No more clutter in your inbox!
  • There will be a late fee of $10.70 in the event of unsuccessful deduction. Please update your credit card details before your next scheduled deduction, just in case!

Step 1. Click on “My Account” from the Platinum Yoga homepage

 

Step 2. Sign into your account

 

Step 3. If you are yet to fill in your particulars, do so. Else, click “Ignore” if this pop-up appears for you.

 

Step 4. View or edit your billing information on the screen. Click on “Account” to view your past transactions.

 

Step 5. You should be able to see your past payments on the screen. If you need a receipt for a particular transaction, please email billing@platinumyoga.com.
