Make Your Account More Secure

We take online security seriously. To protect your Platinum Yoga Account, we strongly recommend following the steps below regularly.

Step 1: Update your app

Keep your software updated to help protect your account. Check for updates on your app store: iOS, Android.

Step 2: Use unique, strong passwords

It’s risky to use the same password on multiple sites. Make sure to create a strong, unique password for each account. Here are a few tips on what to do and what not to do when creating a password. Please remember, your password must be 8 to 30 characters long.

Do use at least three of the following:

  • Lowercase letter
  • Uppercase letter
  • Number
  • Punctuation mark or special character

Don’t use:

  • Personal information, such as your name or birth date
  • Commonly used passwords or a sequence of characters (e.g., 123456, 123abc, password, qwerty)
  • Your email address
  • The word “MINDBODY”

Step 3: Repeat Step 2 for your BOTH your Platinum Yoga App account and Platinum Yoga My Account

As there are 2 separate accounts for your Platinum Yoga app and Platinum Yoga My Account (found on our website top right corner), we strongly encourage our members to change their password on both sides.

You may access your account details through the web (Platinum Yoga My Account) and the mobile app (Platinum Yoga app).

How to Change Password

If you need to change your password, or simply can’t recall it, you should request a password reset email through the Login screen—this allows you to establish a new password for your account. If you’re currently logged into the app, you’ll need to sign out before getting started.

Don’t forget to change the password for your Platinum Yoga My Account on our website by opting My Account on the top right corner.

1. Click on My Account

2. Sign In

3. Select Account to edit your password
