Why I Practice
First encounter yoga in 2014 when I was looking for something that would keep me fit and healthy. Through yoga, I rediscover myself and slowly transformed into a calmer and more flexible in both body and mind, feeling happier, more peaceful and in tune with myself. After three years of practices, I took a leap of faith and attended my first teacher training in 2017.
