Why I Practice
I practise yoga because it makes me feel good. It opens my mind and heart. It’s the way of life, something that I cannot live without. To me, I need yoga just like how much human needs air to breathe. Life will never be the same again with yoga. It becomes unlimited in all aspects of life.
Why I Teach
I teach because I want to help students to discover and experience themselves the inner peace and joy; to accept and love their body, and to connect with the breath and the love within. To share the fun and abundant benefits of yoga for people of all ages through safe and comfortable yoga practise.
