- Responsible for front desk duties and day to day housekeeping
- Receiving members/visitors and attending to telephone calls
- Handling booking, cancellation and reconfirmation requests
- Reconciling of daily sales, generating daily closing reports
- Data entries and organizing or maintaining filing records
- Ad-hoc duties assigned by Operations Manager

Requirements:
- Singaporeans are preferred
- Prefer candidates with some customer service background, preferably in the fitness or yoga centre or hospitality industry (an advantage)
- A team player, possessing excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English & local language

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Assistant Marketing Communications Manager/Marketing Executive/Marketing Communications Executive advertises, promotes and supports public relations initiatives. He/She upholds the brand of the property. In turn, brand guidelines must be followed.
He/She also helps to create marketing material. Information kits must be made for events, tours and meetings. He/She updates the website with any new information if necessary. He/She also helps with media queries. He/She arranges for briefings, contributes to relations efforts and oversees media coverage. He/She also identifies areas that affect branding.
He/She must oversee all social media. All reviews should be responded to. He/She also helps with promotions or special events. He/She maintains the special events and campaign calendar. He/She also arranges with vendors for gift premiums and creation of marketing tools.

JOB DESCRIPTION
• Be available to answer student questions
•Teach class according to the schedule description and level
• Start and end class as scheduled
• Instruct the poses effectively, paying attention to safety and risk factors
• Give clear alignment instructions and safe sequencing.
• Integrate principles of yoga and philosophy into the class, if applicable
• Promote upcoming events, workshops and events happening at the studio in classes.
• Safely and effectively demonstrate a variety of physical postures
• Safely and effectively provide physical support and adjustments to students in order to facilitate correct alignment in postures.
• Communicate student feedback to Studio Manager, Teacher Manager, and/or Regional

• Ensure that monthly membership sales target is met.
