Why I Practice
I began practicing yoga in 2019, and it has been incredibly helpful in relieving the pain in my lower back while also fostering a more positive mindset. After a year of practice, I decided to pursue Yoga Teacher Training (YTT). Since then, I’ve never regretted and come to understand that yoga is not just about building strength and flexibility, but about uniting the mind, breath, and body. Today, yoga brings me immense joy and provides a deeper connection to myself.

Why I Teach
Teaching yoga allows me to live my passion, help others, and continue my personal and spiritual growth. It provides an opportunity to give back while embracing the continuous journey of self-discovery and connection.
