Your safety is our utmost concern. Here at Platinum Yoga, we follow the measures listed below as a precaution against the COVID-19.
Mandatory temperature check for anyone entering our premise. Members with temperature exceeding 37.5°c are advised to consult the doctor than entering the studio.
Emphasis on washing of hands regularly and use of hand-sanitisers found at our check-in counter.
Our yoga instructors have been advised to educate members to clean their yoga mats before and after classes with our antibacterial spray and/or use their own mat and face towel.
To encourage the use of mat towels, we are offering all Platinum Yoga members 25% off Platinum Yoga Mat Towel and Face Towel*.
Teachers have been advised to refrain from physical postural adjustment, but instead, be more involved in verbal correction and demonstration.
Online yoga classes are available on our YouTube channel (Platinum Yoga) for members to practice at their own convenience.
Members who are making travel plans or have travelled recently are required to fill up our online declaration form here. Alternatively, you may request the form from our friendly staff.
To promote social distancing, we have set up floor marking and placed the yoga mats at 1 metre apart. Class attendance has also capped at 9 per class.
23 March 20201 April 2020, members are allowed to attend 3 yoga classes a week and maximum of 1 class a day. The date has been changed due to technical issues. Class booking is open from 6.30am to 10.30pm and can be booked up to 3 days in advance.
With effect from 25 March 2020, all members are required to book their classes online. Walk-ins will be rejected during this period of time to maintain the class attendance.
Aerial Yoga and Anti Aging Yoga classes has been replaced with Yoga Inversion classes
With effect from 1 April 2020, Hot Yoga classes will be replaced with other yoga classes.
With effect from 1 April 2020, all studio doors will remain open to facilitate better ventilation and airflow.
We are following gov.sg very closely and are aware of their latest updates and guidelines.
Why can't I book classes?
To promote safe practice and social distancing, we have set up 9 mats for each class. To ensure fair and safe yoga practice for all members, each member are offered to attend up to 3 classes a week and a maximum of 1 class a day with effective on 23 March 2020.
If you have already booked and attended 3 classes in the week of 23 March 2020, you will not be able to book classes for the same week.
We seek our members’ understanding during this difficult time and giving other members a chance to practice too.

Can I freeze my membership due to Covid-19?
Please contact our membership suspension department firstname.lastname@example.org and they will assist you.
What happens when I do not turn up for a class I booked?
All members are encouraged to practice responsible booking. Second-time offenders will have their booking privilege suspended for a week while repeated offenders will be suspended for 2 weeks.
If you are unable to attend the class, kindly cancel your booking at least 2 hours in advance to allow others to practice.
