you to push-in or squeezes it between
    different parts of your body.
  • It works very well between calves, thighs, ankles, arms and
torso, or even between your palms, helps in
    resistance, stability, joint mobility, and
    muscle building.
  • It also helps to increase flexibility, balance
    and prevent injury.
  • It is suitable for targeted strength and muscle-building training in the
pelvic floor, stomach and back muscles as
well as the chest, shoulder, arm and leg
    muscles.
Stick Yoga

Stick yoga is a safe, fun and innovative approach to spinal and
extremity conditioning and rehabilitation.

  • Stick Yoga uses stick for leverage, support, and balance.
  • Stick is used as a prop for creating quality moves and stretching
    techniques.
  • It works with every body type to enhance stretching and posture
