PY YOGA WHEEL
Great for back bends, loosening up stiff muscles on your vertebrae, function as a ‘massage’ roller too! It’s fun and helps you in inversion practice like sirsasana (headstand), pincha mayurasana (forearm stand) and even deeper stretch into your hamstring.
CHAKRA YOGA

ASHTANGA YOGA
Ashtanga Yoga is popularized by the late Pattabhi Jois and is traditionally fixed on tristana method – Ujjayi (breathing), Postures (asanas) and Gazing point (dristhi). Beginners will move from the primary series which is known as Yoga Therapy for years before beginning the intermediate practice (Nadi Sodhana). The more advanced practice will be third series – advanced A, B, C & D.
