It’s Friday! Finally, the weekend is here! So what are you going to do? Sleep, eat, rest and Yoga? Maybe, maybe not. We know you work hard and you really do deserve a break. Sometimes we dread our mind to think that should we or should we not practice Yoga on a Friday but my heart tells me to go home and rest!
Well, our advice is practice as much as you want to fill your desire in your heart. But if you don’t feel like it, then don’t force it. Forcing through your practice will only heightened the negative emotions within ourselves. The practice then defeat the purpose of experiencing Yoga which is integrating your body, mind and soul.
So, should you practice Yoga on a Friday? Well, there is no specific days that we should say you should not practice. Of course, circumstances like if you’re having a period, heavily ill, pregnant or maybe if you’re following the traditional Ashtanga six days week with the exception of Saturday (oil bath day), then practice as much as you want with awareness all the time.
