THE ACTUAL AFTER EFFECT OF PRACTICING YOGA

What is the true attainment of Yoga practice? Does it change your whole perspectives of how you view living beings? Does it impact on your eating habit? Do you feel any changes on your body physically and emotionally? How is it different from attending a fitness class? Do you intend to continue practice?

The sense of calmness can be achieved through Yoga practice. Yoga seeps deep into your body. The meditative breathing activates your senses to remain steady and keeping yourself aware of your own body as oppose to being distracted unnecessarily. You might not find this useful if you practice inconsistently.

Changes on your eating habit might occur, indirectly stimulate your mind to eat clean – less meat, more vege and fruits. You may or may not turn into a vegetarian or pure vegan.  If you have experience on difficulty of executing some poses like twisting, probably it is time to call on your stomach to eat less on oily and fattening food.

So, keep practicing.
