What inspires me most about yoga is the journey of mastering stunning asana poses while cultivating strength, flexibility, and body awareness. The sense of community among like-minded yogis practicing together elevates the experience, making it truly rewarding.

Why I Practice
I cherish the invigorating feeling I get after each yoga practice. Exploring intricate asanas, focusing on pranayama, and meditating on the mat rejuvenate my body and mind. This personal time allows me to tap into my inner energy and be calm.

Why I Teach
I find immense joy in sharing yoga’s benefits with others, guiding students to build strength, flexibility, and have great body posture through proper body alignment, empowering them to transform their physical and mental well-being. And to witness my students grow and flourish on their yoga journey is truly fulfilling.
