Why I Practice
Yoga is my anchor—a space where I can reconnect with my inner self and cultivate resilience, compassion, and awareness. It helps me grow, empowering me to navigate life with clarity and purpose.

Why I Teach
Sharing the practice of yoga is my way of giving back. I teach to create a supportive space where students can explore their potential, experience transformation, and find their unique paths to well-being. Seeing others grow and thrive through yoga continually motivates.
