Why I Practice
Our bodies are pathways to where our soul resides, and the elemental aspect to keep our souls nourished starts from our bodies. I practice yoga to keep myself healthy, flexible, and happy. I find myself to be calmer, patient, disciplined and blissful through my practice.
Why I Teach
The calm and composure from yoga has made me a lot happier and I feel blessed to impart this beautiful practice to help all students be more mindful, aware and ultimately, happier and healthier versions of themselves.
