Inspirations
My inspiration comes from my family, my teachers, and the many fellow yogis I have met along the way.
Why I Practice
In my early 30s taking care of my children on my own made me exhausted with frequent body aches and pains. I realized I needed time for myself — not just to rest, but to heal and rebuild my strength. Yoga became that space. I started practicing yoga in 2010. Through consistent practice, I experienced profound changes. My body became stronger and more flexible, and just as importantly, my mind became calmer and more focused. Each class left me feeling lighter, happier, and more balanced. I found myself looking forward to every practice, knowing it was time I was giving back to myself
Why I Teach
Yoga has transformed my life in so many ways — physically, mentally, and emotionally. These transformations inspired me to teach. I hope to share my experience and support others in their own journey toward better health, inner calm, and personal growth. I believe yoga is for everybody, and I am passionate about helping others to progress, gain confidence, and feel empowered.
