Inspirations
My inspiration for yoga came from every teacher who guided me with patience, kindness, and love. Through them, I learned not only poses, but also how to breathe, and enjoy being in my own body. Yoga became my happy place—a space where I discovered self-acceptance, inner peace, and joy.
Why I Practice
I practice yoga because it helps me reconnect with myself. It gives me a moment to pause, breathe, and listen to my heart, teaching me patience, self-love, and acceptance. On the mat, I learn that it’s okay to be imperfect, to fall, and to try again. Yoga is not just a workout for me—it is a healing journey.
Why I Teach
I want to teach yoga because it helps people feel good, strong, and confident in their own bodies.
Yoga taught me to accept myself, to smile more, and to enjoy movement—and I want to share that joy with others
