Initially inspired by anyone who is flexible that can do full front split and back bend poses. It drives me to stretch regularly. – Currently inspired by Yograja who shares his practice and knowledge through online platforms.

Why I Practice
I started my yoga journey as an intention to keep myself physically active and improve my flexibility. As I practiced yoga, I started to explore more about myself.

Why I Teach
I want to help fellow yogis to explore more about themselves on the yoga mat, helping them stay connected with their breathing, and reaching out their maximum benefits in the pose.
