Inspirations
I am constantly inspired by yogis who listen to their body as they find their flow and calm. Yoga practitioners who find the balance between effort and ease, no matter how early or how far they are in their journey. As long as they show up for themselves and listen to their body along the way, I have something I can always learn from them.

Why I Practice
I started practicing because I have been unathletic but hypermobile my whole life, and yoga became my first step into finding the balance between strength, mobility and resilience in both the mind and the body. As I continue to practice, I’ve realised that this is a constant journey that changes every day, and that thought alone excites me!

Why I Teach
I teach because it is so rewarding helping people achieve and come to the same realisations as I have about their own yoga practice, and to encourage the belief that there is no competition or comparison in this practice except against yourself. Seeing yoga provides the same benefits in health and wellness that it has for me provides a sense of fulfilment for me as well. Furthermore, I am constantly learning from my students just as much as I hope they learn from me, and I love this endless learning cycle.
