Inspirations
I am deeply inspired by B.K.S Iyengar, how he teaches, demonstrates yoga and his views on life in general. I have also learned a lot about yoga from all the amazing teachers around the world.

Why I Practice
I have been practicing yoga since 2010, I practice yoga because it makes me feel alive, strong and grounded. While I’m practicing yoga, I’m in the flow, which I find immensely satisfying. I also feel very connected to my body, my breath and soul.

Why I Teach
I strongly believe yoga has many mental and physical benefits for people. It can be powerful therapy for healing mental scars, helping people cope with trauma, and dealing with long term physical and mental illnesses as well as improving general wellbeing. I want to help and to share the benefits of yoga with the wider community.
