Inspirations

 I am inspired by my Guru Dr Ram Murthy, and the Bhagavad Gita Scripture. My fellow Yoga practitioners and students are also my inspiration as I see the dedication and time they put in for yoga.

Why I Practice

One should treat the body and mind like a temple, sacred and pure. Hence , I practice Yoga to first keep the Body, Mind and Soul healthy, fit and serene. With regular practice and the right food I keep my energy balanced and spritually aligned. A better quality of life is proven to me with Yoga Practice. Practicing regularly also opens up my intellectual ability to teach students well at all walks of life.

Why I Teach

The best thing I do in my life is to teach Yoga and help people have a better quality of life. I love to share my experience and knowledge in Yoga, at the same time give my students beautiful yoga sessions which makes them feel aware, challenged, contented, worked in, toned, meditated, relaxed and improved. Interesting ideas and ways to try and explore basics to advanced yoga positions are included in my teaching.
